Secure-24 has made an investment in Cisco Tidal Automation Software Suite to support our SAP customer base. The Tidal software package provides automated SAP best practices and a platform to create custom automation for our customers. Because of Tidal’s highly flexible design, we can customize it to meet customers’ specific monitoring requirements. Tidal has the capability to perform an automated, full system health check in less than one minute, which allows us to quickly and accurately monitor system status and statistics.
Transaction Analyzer
One major advantage of using Tidal—and a key reason we selected it—is that it includes a Transaction Analyzer, which allows users to drill down into individual transactions to identify or resolve issues. This feature greatly reduces the time to resolve customer issues when performance problems are reported.
Tidal also includes tools to facilitate making system copies and provides true application-level monitoring. Tidal also has robust, flexible reporting capabilities, beginning with a summary report that has the capability for users to “drill-down” to finer levels of detail.
