Secure-24 also provides complete N+1 infrastructure in relation to the heating and air conditioning systems in our carrier-grade data centers. Each room housing temperature sensitive equipment has at least one additional cooling system than is required. This redundancy allows us to shut down a single system for maintenance without concern. Additionally, dual air intakes at each facility are used to cool off the Glycol systems.

All of our facilities are maintained at an ideal temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Air from high ceilings are circulated to ensure a homogeneous dispersion of temperature and to avoid hot spots. Some facilities combine the high ceiling air circulation design with air from a raised floor to manage temperature.
