The same concept that we implement for power can be seen in our data connectivity. Although each of our locations has different capacity, there is a clear consistency in the manner of our bandwidth deployment. We provide bandwidth from multiple providers along multiple paths into our facilities. Each of our data centers is utilizing SONET Ring technology. This technology protects against cuts in a single conduit. The SONET ring is self healing, and reroutes all traffic automatically and immediately.

By utilizing multiple providers, we are also protecting against a specific provider having a network failure at a specific Network Operations Center (NOC).

Secure-24 is able to provide our customers with a large, burstable circuit at each of our locations. We closely monitor trends, and set custom alarms to ensure that there is never an issue with capacity. Bandwidth reporting metrics will be made available to our customers at all times, and reviewed at regular intervals.

Because of the highly redundant manner in which we provide our bandwidth we are able to guarantee our network availability at 100%.
