We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales force. through the management, addition and refinement of available resources. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business writing and creation of professional, customer facing proposal materials and presentations. The Sales Administrator will be expected to be some what "tech savvy" and able to troubleshoot minor issues, especially related to MS Dynamics CRM 4.0, or engage appropriate technical support resources to assist the sales organization. They will be required to be knowledgeable in the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating, modifying, or reviewing sales presentations and RFP responses
  • Maintain primary repository for most up to date sales material
  • Attending sales meetings and performing follow up tasks, or scheduling tasks with appropriate resources
  • Maintaining CRM user profiles, security settings, and reports.
  • Running, creating or updating reports for sales management and the executive team
  • Processing requests for small additional services for existing customers – Quote Creation
  • Orders processing management activities including; coordination and monitoring of hand over requests for services to accounting/ purchasing/ implementations, order processing and customer follow-up tasks
  • Gathering requirements for continuous improvement and assisting in bettering policies and processes that involve the sales force
  • Training new sales reps on office processes, CRM, and providing required resources
  • Scheduling and correspondence assistance for the sales team especially when in the field
  • Assist focused marketing efforts and lead generation activities
