Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, polished Implementation Project Manager who can provide stellar strategic advice, system design, hands-on implementation, and on-going support. . We are a mid sized well-established hosting organization with a team-oriented, customer service-driven environment where collegial collaboration between technical professionals leads to service excellence and expanded knowledge and skills. The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible all project related efforts within the organization. He/She will be responsible for coordinating and aligning the projects with our technical team in headquarters; he/she will be responsible for the successful deployment of the service on customer network.

Travel within the US may be required (customers, tradeshows, conferences, etc).

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years proven project management experience in high tech complex projects
• Proven track record in handling multiple projects and managing client relationships
• Experience in all stages of network migrations and implementation lifecycle
• Independent, self-starter
• Customer-facing experience with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent presentation, communications (written and oral) and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and define customer needs & requirements, identify needed internal resources, create project plans
• Ensure project is delivered on time based upon key deliverables & according to the project plan
• As the project leader, define and monitor project status related to key project goals
• Develop and maintain all project meeting documentation and take appropriate action to maintain progress on action items as required
• Consult with internal organizations and external clients to define steps, processes and customized implementation project plans
• Gather client requirements and manage project delivery
• Manage client expectations
